PROGRAM ANALYST (TRANSITION READINESS PROGRAM - TRP)

You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST (TRANSITION READINESS PROGRAM - TRP) in the Manpower and Reserve Affairs (M&RA) of HQ US MARINE CORPS. Major duties: You will provide expert-level support in analyzing the program through qualitative and quantitative methods to optimize functional business operations, practices, and overall efficiency.,You will engage actively in drafting comprehensive and accurate responses to Congressional inquires and taskers by collecting pertinent information, analyzing data, and collaborating with subject matter experts.,You will support the review of program administration and operations.,You will modify or adapt analytical techniques, evaluation criteria, and methods of measurement to provide a valid assessment of programs or related initiatives and predict outcomes.,You will support in researching and evaluating the program's operational challenges by analyzing findings and proposing recommendations for corrective actions.

Education: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
