You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST (HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST) in the HUMAN RESOURCE DEPARTMENT of NAVAL SURFACE WARFARE CENTER. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-04 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-11 and GS-12. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-13 and GS-14.
Major duties: You will provide guidance and advisory services in Recruitment and Outreach internal/external recruitment, selection and placement programs in the Human Resources Office.,You will use detailed analytical methods to identify, evaluate, and recommend in-depth alternatives with impact analysis to management to find appropriate Human Resources solutions.,You will assist with the management of student and intern programs, outreach to colleges/universities for recruitment, and provide overall coordination of recruiting efforts.
Education: In lieu of specialized experience, you may qualify with the following education or combination of both education and experience: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related A transcript must be submitted with your application if qualifying using education.
