You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. Major duties: You will perform conflict management services to assist in resolving issues or refers for mediation/ alternative dispute resolution.,You will refer complaints of equal opportunity and prohibited activities and conduct to available support services.,You will provide briefings or training on command climate issues and prohibited activities and conduct for supported commands.,You will develop and maintain effective relationships to promote awareness of Equal Opportunity programs, command policies, goals and objectives.,You will assign work based on priorities, task difficulty and the capabilities of employees.,You will resolve subordinate grievances, complaints and problems.
