You will partner with leaders to connect HR practices to business priorities, build trusted relationships across the organization, and provide practical, people-centered guidance that supports strong teams, engaged employees, and a culture where learning and development feel relevant, energizing, and valuable.
What You Will Get to Do Partner with leaders on business and workforce priorities. Build trusted relationships, understand operational needs, and support workforce plans by monitoring headcount, vacancies, hiring, overtime, attendance, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement, and internal movement. Use trends to identify needs and support measurable action plans. Provide employee relations and compliance support.
Respond to employee and manager questions, assist with workplace investigations, and guide leaders through attendance, performance, and corrective-action processes. Apply policies consistently and escalate complex or high-risk matters appropriately. Develop manager and supervisor capabilities. Provide practical guidance on goal setting, feedback, documentation, accountability, employee development, and consistent application of HR policies.
Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention. Partner with recruiting resources and hiring managers to meet staffing needs, strengthen onboarding, improve retention, and create a positive employee experience. Coordinate talent and development programs. Support performance reviews, talent discussions, succession planning, high-potential development, training, tuition reimbursement, and online learning administration.
Strengthen engagement and culture. Support surveys, recognition, communications, inclusion efforts, and related action plans. Model Dymax values and collaborate across HR to provide responsive, consistent support across departments and shifts. Reinforce safety and employment compliance. Partner with HR and EHS on safety initiatives, workers’ compensation, return-to-work programs, required documentation, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
Support compensation, organizational, and change initiatives. Gather market and job information, prepare documentation for compensation and job evaluations, and support communications, training, and employee needs related to new processes, technology, organizational changes, and culture initiatives. Requirements Who You Are You bring 3+ years of progressive HR experience, including exposure to employee relations, performance management, recruiting, engagement, training, or HR operations.
