Telehealth Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC) Mississippi | Full-Time | Remote | $115,000–$120,000/year Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM The Role We’re looking for a licensed therapist to provide virtual mental health care to adults across Mississippi. You’ll spend most of your time doing what matters most: meeting with clients, building genuine connections, and helping them move forward through the challenges they’re experiencing.

You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely without sacrificing structure, with a consistent weekday schedule and a team available when collaboration is needed. Your Day-to-Day Hold scheduled therapy sessions with clients through telehealth Get to know each client’s concerns, goals, and circumstances Help clients navigate emotional difficulties, relationship issues, life transitions, and other challenges Use your clinical judgment to determine appropriate approaches and adjust care as needs change Keep progress notes and other required records accurate and up to date Connect with other care team members when coordination is appropriate Maintain professional boundaries and follow Mississippi licensing and practice requirements Requirements Must hold an active Mississippi license in one of the following accepted credentials: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPC-S), or Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) Experience delivering counseling, therapy, or behavioral health services Comfortable working with clients through secure telehealth technology Strong documentation and clinical communication skills Ability to manage a remote caseload with professionalism and consistency Benefits 2 weeks of paid time off Health insurance coverage 401(k) plan with a 3% company match Interested in providing care through telehealth?
