Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LICSW, LPC) Location: West Virginia Position Type: Full-Time | Fully Remote Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 per year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Position Overview We are seeking a licensed LPC, LMFT, or LICSW to provide high-quality behavioral health services to clients throughout West Virginia through a fully remote telehealth model. The therapist will be responsible for conducting initial evaluations, providing individual therapy, developing and updating treatment plans, and monitoring client progress throughout care.

This position offers a structured weekday schedule while allowing clinicians to practice independently within an established virtual care environment. Core Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment priorities Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth services Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and client needs Monitor progress and modify treatment strategies when clinically appropriate Coordinate care with other providers and participate in clinical consultation as needed Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation in accordance with applicable standards and requirements Requirements Licensed as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in West Virginia Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work Experience in community, telehealth, or outpatient behavioral settings Technically proficient and able to use EHR platforms effectively Organized, responsive, and clinically focused Benefits Remote-first setup with robust tech support Admin team handles scheduling and billing Training and upskilling available Submit your application today for consideration.
