Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) Location: Florida Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + Full Benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM About the Position We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to provide therapy to clients through telehealth. You’ll meet with clients by video, learn about what they are experiencing, and work with them on goals that support their mental health and day-to-day well-being.

Clients may come to you with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship concerns, stress, or other mental health needs. You’ll be responsible for assessing their needs, providing appropriate counseling, keeping treatment plans current, and documenting sessions accurately. What You’ll Do Conduct intake assessments and follow-up evaluations Provide individual counseling through secure video sessions Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs Help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, stress, relationship concerns, and other challenges Work with clients to identify goals, coping strategies, and patterns that may be affecting their well-being Keep progress notes and clinical records complete and up to date Recognize changes in a client’s condition and respond appropriately to risk concerns Requirements Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Counseling Psychology, or a closely related field Active Florida LMHC license in good standing Previous experience providing individual counseling or psychotherapy Comfortable providing therapy through telehealth Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills Benefits $115,000–$120,000 yearly salary Full benefits 2 weeks PTO Health Insurance 401K Plan with 3% Company Match Interested in providing care through telehealth?
