We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Junior Specialist to join our Human Resources team and support our growing organization across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus . In this role, you will primarily contribute to Training & Development, Recruitment, and Employer Branding initiatives, while also supporting day-to-day HR operations and employee-related processes.

Key Responsibilities Training & Development Support the planning, coordination, and implementation of training and development programs across the organization Coordinate training calendars, participants, logistics, materials, and communication with relevant stakeholders for field Support onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a positive experience for new employees Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and preparing reports and follow-up actions Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and learning initiatives Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruitment processes for both retail and office positions Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and position requirements Prepare and publish job advertisements across relevant recruitment channels Source potential candidates through job portals, databases, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels Conduct CV screening and initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process and contribute to a positive candidate experience Support recruitment reporting and track key recruitment metrics Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs Employer Branding & Employee Engagement Contribute to employer branding content and communication across career platforms, social media, universities, and other relevant channels Support university relations, career fairs, recruitment events, and other talent attraction activities Collaborate with internal teams to communicate employee stories, company culture, and career opportunities Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, recognition activities, and corporate communication projects Assist with employee surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to identify opportunities for improving employee experience HR Operations & General HR Support Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes and ensure required documentation is completed accurately Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems Provide operational support for payroll, time & attendance, leave, personnel administration, and employee data processes when required Support the preparation and updating of HR policies, procedures, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and preparation of presentations for management Support employee relations and other HR processes in accordance with company policies and local labor legislation Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external HR service providers when necessary Contribute to local and regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives Provide general support to the HR team across Turkey, Greece, and Cyprus as business needs require Requirements Excellent written and spoken English Bachelor’s degree High level of confidentiality and discretion Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude Ability to handle difficult, sensitive, and confidential matters professionally Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, while actively listening to others Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
