Infrastructure Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Key Characteristics/Behaviors:   Punctual - needs to be onsite everday following CB core hours; flexible - sometimes need to do OT, shifting or weekend work as needed Well-rounded - understands various Infra (e.g. network, middleware, servers, etc) Analytic/Logical thinking - can do thorough analysis/investigation to determine event triggers and scenarios; can put together pieces of information to formulate a conclusive and cohesive analysis; can read logs and interprets them meaningfully Data-driven / Detail-oriented - uses data in analysis; seeks trends/patterns; able to confirm/validate findings using data; uses AI and other tools to get/validate information; meticulous and has attention to details Presentation skills - able to explain through diagrams/illustrations; can communicate verbally effectively (explaining complex ideas/terminologies in simpler terms; uses analogy) Inquisitive - seeks to understand and validate things by asking the right questions; doesn't settle for just verbal confirmation or explanation but instead challenges reasoning and validates through data presented; digs deeper to get to the root cause of the issue Problem solver - thinks of solutions to resolve a problem (quick fix/short-term/long-term); suggests options to elicit decision; collaborates to arrive at the best solution Process-oriented - follows a structured way or method to investigate and solve problems Resourceful / 'can-do' attitude- finds ways to get things done and doesn't just stop when presented with challenges/roadblocks Requirements  Technical: Middleware - IBM (ACE, Instana), WAS, APIs (TCP/IP, HTTP) Network / F5 Load Balancer Sys Ad /Server Database (Oracle)
