Summer Externship Program (Sophomores/Rising Juniors)

Coaction Specialty Insurance invites current college sophomores to participate in our summer externship, a two-day comprehensive exploration of the property and casualty insurance industry, taking place on June 15-16th, 2027.

The program provides students interested with an introduction to property and casualty insurance through hands-on learning, shadowing and skill development while experiencing Coactions culture of collaboration and teamwork. Throughout our two-day program students will have the opportunity to: Learn the different functions within a P&C Insurance company Gain valuable exposure to day to day operations Engage with our business partners Gain insight to our core business areas: underwriting, claims, finance, actuarial and technology Learn more about our internship opportunities Build your network Qualifications: Students must be in their sophomore year, on track to graduate in May 2028 Students must be able to come onsite in our Morristown, NJ location Minimum GPA: 3.0 Equal Opportunity Employer Coaction is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
