Job Summary We are looking for an Automation Engineer passionate about Artificial Intelligence, intelligent automation, and digital transformation.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of AI-powered solutions, including intelligent agents, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, and support the adoption of emerging technologies across the organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, enterprise automation, and IT operations while working on real-world business challenges and innovative digital solutions.
What you will do: AI Agents & Intelligent Automation Support the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of AI agents and intelligent automation solutions. Configure prompts, workflows, and integrations aligned with business needs. Assist with testing, performance monitoring, optimization, and release activities. Create technical documentation, reusable components, and operational best practices.
Digital Solutions & Integration Design and support automation workflows that improve business and IT processes. Work with APIs, system integrations, and workflow orchestration tools. Troubleshoot automation issues and identify opportunities for optimization. IT Operations & Service Improvement Support IT operations, infrastructure initiatives, and service improvement efforts. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to ensure reliable and stable services.
