Build and maintain automated test suites using OATS, Selenium, or equivalent tools to support continuous regression testing within a SAFe Agile environment. Execute parallel payroll validation by comparing Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM payroll results against legacy system outputs; document and resolve all variances prior to production cutover. Perform Section 508 accessibility testing to ensure the platform meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards and supports federal employees using assistive technologies.
