Opening its doors in 2013 and expanding in 2017, this   state-of-the-art   acute care facility has 177 patient rooms and offers services in a wide variety of specialties to meet community needs. You'll   be supported as you follow your dreams and find where you belong, here at Tradition Hospital. Tradition Hospital features   a state-of-the-art   Cardiac Catheterization (Cath) Lab. The lab specializes in minimally invasive, nonsurgical procedures to diagnose and treat cardiovascular diseases, performing interventions like balloon angioplasty,   stenting   and imaging through small catheter insertions.

By joining the Cath Lab as an Assistant Nurse Manager, you will   encourage caregivers to enhance their skills and   the patient   experience through improvement initiatives and incentives. You will also   interact with the patient before,   during   and shortly after the procedure   to help put their mind at ease . 30% of your day will consist of administrative tasks such as staff scheduling, Kronos, providing education and training and coordinating with providers, while the other 70% will consist of hands-on patient care.

This position requires a caregiver who is empathetic,   understanding   and nurturing to ensure quality patient care. On this team, you will have   numerous   opportunities to explore educational development courses and advance the Professional Ladder at Cleveland Clinic . A caregiver in this position works   days   from   7:00AM – 5:30PM , with on-call requirements . A caregiver who excels in this role will:    Supervise and coordinate unit clinical operations.

Provide effective and efficient patient care to all ages on assigned shifts or as otherwise   designated . Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit caregivers and other departments/units. Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts. Coordinate patient admitting, discharges, transfers and other operational issues. Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers.

Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of caregivers, counsel caregivers on performance issues, administer initial corrective actions and monitor attendance issues. Interview,
