Scope of Role 1.4. Key Relationships Internal Relationships: All internal stakeholders External Relationships: All external stakeholders 1.5. Job Purpose The purpose of this role is delivering the project with exceeding client expectations in all the aspects of the project operations with zero escalations 1.6. Accountabilities Key Result Area Major Activities Stakeholder management Manage all the stakeholders of the project with utmost authority & confidence Project Monitoring Project monitoring as per GFC, schedules, BOQ, design specifications etc.

Background & Experience Overall experience of 15-18 years & relevant experience preferably from IPC PMC organizations in handling MEP works in the project including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting etc & must have done base build projects and experienced all the coordination works with other stakeholders. 1.8. Qualifications & Technical Skills B.
