Where You’ll Work: Step into our dynamic Med/Surg Overflow Unit and unleash your observation nursing skills. With just 9 beds, this unit offers a diverse array of patients with various diagnoses. From direct admissions from medical offices, hospitals, and clinics across the organization to pre-surgery patients awaiting their procedures and even those in recovery, our scope is broad and ever-evolving.
We’re Looking For: Graduate of a Board of Nursing–approved nursing program Active, unrestricted RN license (multi-state compact and/or state-specific based on practice location) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification At least 1 year of clinical nursing experience Additional certifications or experience may be required based on specialty Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) What You’ll Do Deliver safe, patient-centered nursing care across the continuum by leveraging the nursing process, administering treatments per protocol, and adapting care based on patient needs.
Collaborate effectively with the care team while maintaining accurate documentation, supporting quality and safety initiatives, and upholding professional standards, ethics, and ongoing development (including flexibility to float as needed).
