ROLE SUMMARY: The OTC Credit & Collections Analyst is responsible for managing customer accounts by applying payments, reconciling invoices, following up on overdue balances, and supporting credit-related decisions. This role involves daily interaction with customers and internal Sales teams to resolve account issues, manage delinquent accounts, reduce financial risk, and ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform collections related activities in both French and English, including calling customers directly and sending communications via email. Keep Weekly/Monthly Overdue and Bad Debt risk to the minimum and within agreed limits from Business. Collaborate with both Internal and External Stakeholders - Customers, Logistics, Revenue, GBS, etc. to reduce the cycle time from invoice generation to collection.

Perform reviews on customers orders to authorize or deny releasing them for delivery. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in English and French, with the ability to communicate professionally with customers via phone and email. 2+ years of experience in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash (OTC), or a related finance function. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.< Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, Sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
