The Associate Manager, Product Management, leads web production operations with a focus on delivery excellence, AI-driven innovation, and scalable processes. This role oversees production governance, stakeholder management, business reporting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives, partnering with Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams to deliver business priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities Lead intake, prioritization, planning, and delivery of web production initiatives. Manage risks, dependencies, capacity, and resource planning to ensure successful execution. Establish operational governance, performance metrics, and reporting frameworks. Develop executive communications, dashboards, and business reviews for leadership stakeholders. Drive AI, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and scalability.
Partner with Marketing, Engineering, Design, Operations, and delivery teams to align priorities and achieve business objectives. Coach and mentor team members, promoting collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, or Digital Operations. Experience working with web production processes and Content Management Systems (CMS) preferred.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills. Experience with business reporting, governance frameworks, KPI tracking, and operational performance management. Knowledge of AI, automation, and process improvement practices. Experience leading and developing teams in fast-paced environments.
