Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
- Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. - Analyze business and functional requirements and create test scenarios and test cases. - Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and end-to-end testing. - Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks.
- Execute automated test scripts and analyze results. - Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams. - Conduct API testing and backend validation. - Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration for automated testing. - Prepare test reports, quality metrics, and release sign-off documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
