✈️🚁🚀 As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will To optimize the procurement and sales cycle through accurate, timely, and reliable administrative support.. Key responsibilities: Provide administrative and operational support to front-office and back-office teams with routine and mechanical Technical Procurement tasks. Assist the Procurement Lead on governance projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and strategic alignment.
Deliver administrative support across general department operations and daily workflows. Support the review and clearance of unapplied finance invoices in coordination with the Finance team. Maintain and update Global Procurement (GP) vendor records , electronic master files, and supplier documentation. EHS Policy Alignment: Apply EHS policies, contributing directly to the site's safety objectives and KPIs.
Risk & Incident Management: Follow emergency, hazard identification, and incident investigation protocols while maintaining awareness of operational risks. Reporting & Audits: Participate in internal/external EHS audits and immediately report any anomalies, spills, or unsafe acts. Operational Care: Separate waste correctly and complete all mandatory environmental, health, and safety training.
Requirements: Recent graduate in Aeronautical Engineering or a completed Bachelor's Degree in International Business, International Relations, International Trade, or related fields. Basic English Pivot tables and database management Advanced Excel or Google Sheets Work experience in SAP 1 year of experience in Supply Chain Field Communication skills Negotiation skills Customer service mindset / Service-oriented attitude Problem-solving skills Data entry accuracy / High attention to detail in data entry What are we offering?
