About the Role To support AIA’s mission of helping customers live healthier, longer, and better lives, the AI Solution Analyst will support the organisation’s Technology, Data and Analytics (TDA) transformation by contributing to the design, implementation, and adoption of AI-enabled solutions. The role will work closely with business and technology teams to understand business requirements, assist in solution design activities, and help translate business needs into practical and scalable technology solutions.

The role will assist in evaluating AI use cases, conducting research, supporting proof-of-concept activities, and helping ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards, security requirements, and governance guidelines. The AI Solution Analyst will also participate in solution review and governance processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

Working under the guidance of senior team members, the role will help identify risks, support issue resolution, and contribute to compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements. Beyond project delivery, the role will support knowledge-sharing initiatives, maintain project and solution repositories, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts. Through collaboration with cross-functional teams, ongoing learning, and a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, the AI Solution Analyst will help drive the successful delivery and adoption of AI solutions across the organisation.

The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities: Strategic AI Leadership & Innovation (30%) Support the delivery of AI initiatives by researching emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and business use cases that may enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Contribute to AI program and roadmap activities by gathering requirements, documenting opportunities, and assisting with the planning and tracking of AI-related projects.

Assist in AI solution assessment and experimentation , supporting prototyping, testing, and feasibility studies under the guidance of senior team members and subject matter experts. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to understand user needs, collect feedback, and help ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and operational requirements. Promote awareness and adoption of AI capabilities by supporting knowledge-sharing activities, preparing presentations or materials, and communicating project outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
