The Business Analyst role will have a direct influence on designing business processes and solutions to support business groups for platforms used by thousands of sales associates across the United States, which will ultimately help ensure millions of patients will have access to our life saving products. The Business Analyst has experience contribut ing business analysis , design, and test activities to a large scale / global business change or delivering small scale business change alone.
The Business Analyst operates with interactive communication, demonstrating inclusion and cultural sensitivity . The role will partner with the Capability Lead, Business Partner, or other Business Analyst colleagues to support the development of cases, assist in business process design, and ensure that proposed solutions meet established AstraZeneca quality and compliance standards and business solution needs.
The Business Analyst will be interacting and working with commercial colleagues and customers directly to support and influence solutions to meet business needs. Customer Analysis & Change - Candidates e ffectively identif y customers and maintain relationships according to individual customer needs and levels of influence.

Requirements Analysis and Design Definition – Candidates can coordinate/ develop requirement plans including user story sessions , approvals, RAID and scope impacts. Case and Benefits Management – Candidates can coordinate/support case definition and capture investment business justification including value and benefits realization plans.
