Job Description Supports the telephone "hotline" function. Directs telephone calls or written inquiries to appropriate personnel. May answer non-technical questions regarding company products. Maintains log of incoming "hotline" calls. About the Role Responsible for status verification through phone call and Portal, and research activities to support operational and analytical processes.
This role does involve outbound calling and focuses on maintaining data integrity and providing insights through structured research. Key Responsibilities Verify and capture status and maintain data in internal systems with high accuracy. Validate rejection details and find the root cause for rejections and missing information. Validate information against source documents and correct discrepancies promptly.
Conduct online and internal research to gather relevant information for projects and reports. Prepare and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation for data tracking. Adhere to organisational data security and compliance standards. Required Qualifications Proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Good analytical and research skills.
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines without supervision. Familiarity with data privacy and compliance guidelines. Preferred Qualifications Experience in healthcare or similar data-driven environments. Knowledge of basic reporting. 2+ years of experience in AR or similar data-driven environments Good typing speed. Above average communication skills. Why Join Availity India?
