Your Role The Team Leader, Warehouse at Baxter plays a pivotal role in supporting the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently and effectively.

They are responsible for supporting supervisors in leading and coordinating the activities of warehouse division, fostering a collaborative team environment, and driving performance to meet operational goals. The Team Leader, Warehouse will also focus on training, quality control, inventory management, and compliance with safety regulations. What You'll Be Doing :  Coordinate the activities of warehouse associates to ensure efficient and effective operations.

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to team members. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and performance expectations. Identify training needs and facilitate ongoing development opportunities for team members, including cross-training and skill enhancement. Assist in the onboarding and training of new employees, ensuring they understand warehouse procedures and safety protocols.

Monitor employee performance and provide constructive feedback to support individual growth and career advancement. Collaborate with the Warehouse Supervisor to implement operational strategies and achieve performance targets. Assist in the planning and execution of daily work assignments, ensuring optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency. Support inventory management activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials in compliance with company policies.

Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products, ensuring compliance with company standards and specifications. Implement and enforce quality control procedures to minimize errors and defects. Assist in managing inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. Identify and address inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions as needed. :  Perform SAP transactions to update inventory records, track stock levels, and generate reports on inventory status and performance metrics.

Train staff on proper SAP transactions to maintain accurate inventory levels. Proactively contributes to zero harm in the workplace for all employees by complying with legal and corporate (EHS) Environmental Health & Safety requirements, safe work practices, and EHS policies and procedures consistently. Report all hazards, near misses and incidents as soon as practicable and participate in identifying actions to prevent harm from occurring to our people and/or our environment.

Employees at every level are responsible for quality (GMP), Good Manufacturing Processes and regulatory performance in the department to ensure quality program compliance. Ensure compliance with government FDA regulations, legal documents and safety and ethical standards, obtaining legal compliance training. Maintain accurate records of team performance, inventory levels, and operational metrics. Assist in generating reports for management on warehouse activities, including productivity, safety incidents, and training progress.
