ABOUT BCI’s I&RR TEAM We’re one of the world's top 10 institutional infrastructure investors, managing C$36.5+ billion in AUM from our offices in Victoria, BC and London, UK. The Early Talent Program Designed for ambitious new graduates and early-career professionals, this two-year program will give you comprehensive exposure to institutional investing. As a member of I&RR’s investment team, you will gain hands-on experience across a wide range of industries and investing strategies.

This program also offers valuable international and cross-functional exposure, including potential travel opportunities for deal execution or portfolio company engagement. THE ROLE As an Analyst, you’ll be an integral part of our investment team contributing to (1) due diligence of prospective investments, (2) proactive engagement with portfolio companies owned by I&RR, and (3) executing on strategic initiatives across the portfolio.
