 Job Description Job Title Advanced Patient Monitoring (Taiwan) Location Taiwan Department APM Taiwan, BD Reports To APM BU Director, Taiwan Team Size Leads 7 Sales Representatives / Account Managers Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Leadership & Target Delivery Own and deliver APM sales targets , growth objectives, and market share for advanced patient monitoring solutions.
Translate company strategy into clear, executable regional and individual sales plans . Lead by example with strong personal selling involvement , especially in: Strategic hospital accounts Complex deal negotiations New technology adoption and conversion opportunities Drive disciplined execution through: Pipeline management Forecast accuracy Deal reviews and prioritization 2. People Management, Coaching & Development Lead, manage, and develop a team of 4–7 sales professionals across Taiwan.
Provide regular field coaching , joint calls, and deal-level mentorship to elevate selling skills. Build a high-performance sales culture with clear accountability, trust, and motivation. Conduct effective: Performance reviews Skill gap assessments Individual development plans Facilitate team meetings, sales trainings, and best-practice sharing to continuously raise capability. 3. Selling Excellence & Customer Management Demonstrate best-in-class selling skills , including: Clinical value-based selling Stakeholder mapping Objection handling Competitive positioning Actively coach the team on: Managing complex buying processes in OR, ICU, and ED Handling pricing pressure and tender situations Converting trials and evaluations into purchases Ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement across all sales territories.
4. KOL & Strategic Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in anesthesiology, critical care, and emergency medicine. Personally engage with top KOLs and executive stakeholders to: Support technology adoption Enable clinical advocacy Drive reference site development Guide the sales team on ethical and compliant KOL engagement , aligned with medical and clinical strategies.
Support key accounts in collaboration with Clinical, Marketing, and Service teams. 5. Execution, Discipline & Cross-Functional Collaboration Drive strong execution discipline across the sales organization, from planning to closing. Monitor KPIs, sales reports, and activity metrics; take corrective actions when needed. Collaborate closely with: Clinical Specialists Marketing Service & Operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to support strategy refinement. Required Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree or above in: Business Life Sciences Biomedical Engineering Nursing or related fields Experience 10+ years of sales experience in medical devices, patient monitoring, critical care, or capital equipment 5+ years of people management experience, leading a sales team with quota responsibility Proven success in: Complex solution selling Hospital selling environments Capital equipment or advanced technology adoption Strong experience working with: Anesthesiology departments ICUs Emergency Departments Key Competencies & Skills Exceptional selling skills – closing, negotiation, objection handling Strong sales coaching & facilitation capabilities Results-driven with high execution intensity Excellent KOL management and influence skills Strategic thinking wit
