We're seeking a collaborative, supportive and values-driven leader who is passionate about developing people, fostering teamwork and creating a positive, high-performing culture. As Team Manager - Distribution, you will lead our distribution operations team to deliver outstanding customer service safely, efficiently and on time. You will play a key role in driving operational performance while fostering a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate must be available to work a permanent night shift roster: Monday to Friday | 12:00am (Midnight) to 8:00am Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year!

Responsibilities Empowering the team through coaching, guidance, and regular feedback Coordinating daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth, reliable delivery Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace Building strong relationships to improve processes and customer outcomes Monitoring performance and supporting continuous improvement About you Experience leading and developing teams in warehouse, logistics, or FMCG settings A collaborative, people-focused leadership style that inspires and supports others Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise effectively Confident communicator who builds positive, trusted relationships A proactive, solutions-focused approach to continuous improvement Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
