About this role Your team The Analytics Product team empowers investment and risk management decision-making through industry-leading analytics, research, and investor workflows. Working closely with partners across the Aladdin business, the team owns the end-to-end analytics product lifecycle, from strategy and model development through deployment, adoption, and governance. The team is focused on delivering innovative analytics capabilities, advancing research and infrastructure, and enabling clients and investment professionals to make better-informed decisions.
Your role and impact As a Liquidity Analytics Specialist, you will help shape the next generation of liquidity, security similarity, and pricing analytics. You will work at the intersection of financial markets, quantitative research, technology, and product management to deliver scalable analytics solutions used by traders, portfolio managers, risk managers, and clients. This role offers the opportunity to influence product strategy, advance analytical capabilities, and contribute to solutions that support investment and risk management decisions across global markets.
Your responsibilities Lead the development, governance, deployment, and ongoing enhancement of liquidity analytics models and supporting infrastructure across asset classes. Drive the analytics product lifecycle, partnering across teams to prioritize initiatives, influence roadmap decisions, and ensure successful deployment into production. Translate business and client needs into product requirements and scalable analytics solutions through close collaboration with engineering and technology partners.
Conduct analytical validation and investigation activities to ensure robust, reliable, and high-quality analytics outputs. Partner with clients, portfolio managers, and risk managers to communicate model capabilities, address complex questions, and strengthen confidence in analytics solutions. Improve team efficiency through automation and by maintaining clear documentation of models, processes, and controls.
Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering technical and analytical expertise. Your experience Demonstrated success leading the end-to-end lifecycle of financial risk, liquidity, or analytics products, typically gained through 7+ years of relevant experience, including requirements definition, deployment, and release management. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives involving quantitative experts, engineers, and product stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage workflows, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred in Business, Engineering, Finance, or another quantitative discipline, with knowledge of finance, statistics, econometrics, or mathematics. Technical aptitude including experience with Linux, SQL, scripting, and programming languages such as Python.
Professional certifications and familiarity with analytics and product-management platforms are advantageous. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and translate client needs into product requirements. 

The salary range for Hungary is 20100000 - 32400000 HUF Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits.
