Headquartered in Cambridge MA, the Institute is designed to advance novel drug, biologics, and vaccine candidates through late-stage development and registration. THE POSITION Reporting to the Head of Business Planning & Analysis, the Financial Consolidations Associate Lead will manage all aspects of planning, budgeting, reporting, and forecasting across the organization.

In addition, this role will build collaborative relationships with key constituents across the organization, including stakeholders at the Gates Foundation, providing information and coordination as appropriate. Specific job duties are listed below: Enhance FP&A processes, systems, and tools to improve accuracy and efficiency leveraging automation and AI-enabled solutions, where appropriate, to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort, and strengthen decision support.

Own the development, maintenance, enhancement, and delivery of financial reports, including portfolio and program-level dashboards. Partner with the Head of Business Planning & Analysis with the development of executive-level presentations Support strategic initiatives through scenario modeling and investment decision analysis Provide key support for consolidated budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes Conduct regular financial review of actuals versus plan and communicate key drivers of variance along with identified financial risks and opportunities Support monthly and
