Job Title: Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Dermatology Location: Poland (Field-based) Position Summary: Galderma is seeking an experienced Medical Science Liaison (MSL) to join our Medical Affairs team in Poland. The role will support the launch and lifecycle of an innovative biologic therapy and contribute to our broader dermatology portfolio. As a field-based scientific expert, the MSL will build trusted relationships with Medical Experts (MEs) and other key stakeholders, generate actionable insights, identify unmet medical needs and evidence gaps, and translate scientific data into meaningful medical engagement.
The MSL will work closely with Medical, Commercial, Market Access, Regulatory and other functions to support integrated launch readiness while maintaining medical independence, scientific integrity and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Scientific Engagement & Stakeholder Partnerships • Build and maintain trusted, science-driven relationships with Medical Experts (MEs), KOLs, healthcare professionals, scientific societies and key dermatology centres.
• Conduct high-quality, balanced and non-promotional scientific exchange on disease, treatment landscape, biologic therapies and emerging evidence, including responses to unsolicited medical information requests. • Develop stakeholder engagement plans and support advisory boards, scientific meetings and congress activities aligned with the Country Medical Plan. Launch Readiness & Medical Strategy • Contribute actively to pre-launch, launch and lifecycle activities for the biologic therapy and the broader dermatology portfolio.
• Identify unmet medical needs, evidence gaps, scientific barriers and changes in clinical practice, and translate them into relevant Medical Affairs priorities. • Provide field medical expertise and external stakeholder perspectives to integrated launch planning and local medical strategy. Insights & Evidence Generation • Systematically capture, analyse and synthesize high-quality field insights and translate them into actionable recommendations for Medical Affairs and cross-functional teams.
