Candidates who are hired will be part of Dow’s Finance Development Program. This program provides new Finance employees multiple job assignments in the early years of their Dow career and provides a diverse and varied working knowledge of Dow’s Finance organization. Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dow’s businesses and key leaders.
Assignments vary and will complement the new hire’s prior experiences and background. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or related Business degree with a graduation date no later than September 2027.
