Our AI Automation Engineers (aka Fo rward Deployed Engineers) embed directly with internal business teams to understand how they operate, identify opportunities for improvement, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that combines consulting, product thinking, process redesign, AI, and software engineering . You won't receive fully defined requirements—instead, you'll work with business leaders to define problems, determine the right solution, and deliver lasting operational improvements. Sometimes the best answer is better process design. Sometimes it's AI, automation, or custom software.

Think Solutions Engineer + Technical Consultant + Software Engineer — but instead of selling a solution or making recommendations, you embed with the business and build it. What This Role Is Not This is not a traditional software engineering role where requirements are handed to you.
