We offer you an Ocean of Possibilities . Join our family. Job context   Damen Song Cam Shipyard   is  a   production   facility delivering   various Damen ship types. Basic designs and main components are delivered to DSCS by Damen Shipyards   Gorinchem . DSCS will provide   the detailed   engineering,   and information for the supply chain and production. Facility and Maintenance department   is one of  Projects department of Damen Song Cam shipyard and is under   supervision of  Manager Projects .

Facility and Maintenance department consists of following sub-departments:   - Maintenance   - Facility   - Security   PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB /   MỤC ĐÍCH VÀ PHẠM VI CÔNG VIỆC   Production never stop s ,   focus   on preventive maintenance and tool management. Maintenance is a service provider. All objects   (buildings,   landscaping,   systems,   equipment   and tools) are   allocated   to individual users.

User has the responsibility of daily maintenance and   is responsible for   the physical and functional integrity of the   allocated   object s . In case of a breakdown ,   user s   will inform   the   maintenance call center. In case of preventive maintenance,   the   call center will announce the user s   and provide alternative object s . Facility ha s   to be kept   at   a state of art. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACTIVITIES   /   NHIỆM VỤ, HOẠT ĐỘNG CHÍNH   Key responsibilities     Maintenance/ Công tác bảo dưỡng +)   Assist to   control objects   on :   - Object registration   in IFS.

-   Prepar ing   r equired   legislations   of   objects. -   Building   effective   p reventive   maintenane   plan   with frequency,   required   material list, job list,   needed   manhours . -   Printing all WO   before conducting maintenance activities. - Updating WO status and results in time. -   Continuing i mprov ing preventive   maintnenance   plan. - Build all   kind   of KPI   reports on maintenance.

-   Supporting   to improve   quality of   corrective   maintenance   by   analyzing   KPI   and consulting better quali fied   tools and equipment. - Support in   process   of liquidation of objects. +)   Control and supervise   service suppliers   at   the yard. +)   Support to build practical forms related to maintenance. +) Control materials   of   M &F department.

Facility  / Bảo   trì   cơ   sở   vật   chấ t   +)   Support to keep the facilities at a state of art . -   Building   maintenance plan for all construction items   with drawings, BOQ, budget ,   method   and all   stipulated requirements. - Controlling and supervising all projects,   activites   of   insfrastructures . -   Operating   electrical   system. - Operating   fire   alarm system.

- Build reports   and   analyze   to   optimize   the systems. - Control energy consumption ;   consult to save, reduce cost of   consumption . - Control landscaping activities, records ,   improvements. Other activities  / Các hoạt động khác Other activities will be   required   and controlled by the manager . REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS   Education /   Đào tạo   M.A on   technical   fields ./   bằng Đại   học   chuyên   môn   kỹ   thuật .

Higher professional education/experience. Có   kinh   nghiệm / trình   độ   chuyên   môn   cao. Experience /   Kinh   nghiệm   Microsoft office   softwares ./   các   phần   mềm   văn   phòng . AutoCAD   drawing./   Vẽ   AutoCAD . At least   2 year   experience in the same position. Có   kinh   nghiệm   ở   vị   trí   tương   tương sẽ được ưu tiên Technical   insight./   Am   hiểu   về   kỹ   thuật .
