The Electrical Technician III is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and HVAC equipment across laboratory, manufacturing, and office spaces.

This role ensures reliable operation of critical infrastructure supporting life sciences research and production, while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will be adept at troubleshooting mechanical and electrical faults and working independently or as part of a team. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Engineering and is part of the Engineering department located in Torrance, CA and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, panels, and circuits. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including chillers, air handlers, and cleanroom environmental controls Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for electrical and HVAC equipment and document all maintenance activities in CMMS and ensure timely completion of work orders.

The essential requirements of the job include High school diploma or equivalent 2 or more years of experience in electrical and HVAC maintenance, preferably in a life sciences or GMP-regulated environment. Strong knowledge of NEC codes, and safety regulations. The hourly range for this role is   $35.07 - $41.00. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of   possible compensation   for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be   modified   in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
