Job Description: Job Title: Technology Regulatory, Risk, and Controls Corporate Title: Assistant Vice President Location: Jacksonville, FL or Cary, NC Overview The first-line Technology, Data and Innovation Regulatory, Risk, and Controls function is a highly visible and critical partner across the organization, providing strategic guidance, oversight, and constructive challenge. As an Assistant Vice President, you will help ensure the Bank delivers change, manages regulatory expectations, and maintains secure, compliant, and resilient technology systems.
You will lead key regulatory engagements, manage technology risk governance forums, and support risk reduction, audit remediation, and transformation initiatives. You will partner with senior stakeholders across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Audit, and the Business to align priorities and resolve complex issues. Through this work, you will contribute to the Bank's strategic journey by strengthening operational resilience and proactively managing its regulatory footprint in an evolving digital environment.
