In this role, you will lead the development, validation, and continuous improvement of analytical methods used to characterize complex materials, mixtures, and formulations. You will apply advanced analytical chemistry, metrology, and statistical techniques to support new product development, improve existing products, resolve challenging technical problems, and respond to internal and external customer needs.

You will work closely with global R&D, engineering, manufacturing, quality, sales, marketing, and external laboratory partners. What   You’ll   Do     Support   the development, optimization, validation, and transfer of analytical methods for complex analyses. Design and execute analytical experiments, interpret data, draw technically sound conclusions, and communicate results through reports, presentations, and discussions with technical teams and customers.

Establish and document method performance characteristics, including detection limits, accuracy, precision, stability, robustness, and measurement-system capability.
