Job Description * Assist with planning, preparing, and facilitating **recreational and social programs** for residents. * Encourage resident participation and promote **social engagement, independence, and quality of life**. * Provide **1:1 and group programming** based on residents’ interests, abilities, and care needs. * Set up and clean up program areas and ensure supplies and equipment are ready.
* Assist residents with safe access to programs and provide support during activities. * Document and track resident participation and program outcomes as required. * Support special events, outings, celebrations, and other department initiatives. * Work collaboratively with the **Programs Manager and interdisciplinary team**. * Follow all **IPAC, health and safety, and organizational policies and procedures**.
