Built on lava outcroppings, the award-winning Jack Nicklaus-signature golf course features ocean views on every hole. WHAT YOU’LL DO The Assistant Tennis Professional supports the Head Tennis Professional in delivering exceptional tennis and pickleball programs by leading private lessons, clinics, and group activities for guests of all ages and skill levels.
This role plays a key part in creating engaging, high-quality experiences that reflect the highest standards of instruction, guest service, and professionalism. Responsibilities include , but are not limited to: Assist the Head Tennis Professional in delivering tennis and pickleball lessons, clinics, and group programming; support pickleball growth; manage pro shop systems, retail needs, racquet stringing, and equipment recommendations.
Provide a welcoming, high‑level guest experience including facility orientation, program explanation, equipment and towel service, and accurate entry of guest information into the reservation system. Maintain the tennis shop and facilities, including court setup and breakdown, cleaning, organizing retail areas, and keeping supplies fully stocked. Answer phones and manage reservations to Four Seasons standards, while professionally assisting guests with resort and local information.
Maintain strong knowledge of programs and court availability, anticipate guest needs, recognize returning guests, and provide personalized service. Ability to drive to support coverage at the Koele Tennis Facility in Lanai City. And More ! WHAT TO BRING Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and s cheduled days and times may vary based on need.
