What are we looking for? 2+ years experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general maintenance , preferably in a luxury hospitality environment Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification Electrical, plumbing, and/or HVAC certifications are a plus English communication skills; Spanish also preferred Ability to work outside in all weather conditions Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50lbs.
Ability to climb Flexible schedule- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What would my job responsibilities be? Provide general repair and maintenance support throughout the resort, ensuring all facilities and building systems operate smoothly and safely Maintain a sharp eye for detail, prioritizing both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes elements that contribute to an exceptional guest experience Approach each day as a proactive problem solver—taking initiative to address issues even when they fall outside the standard task list Contribute to a strong, collaborative team environment,
