The Opportunity: The Four Seasons Washington, D.C. is currently looking for a Detailed and Thorough Painter to join the Engineering team. Using brushes, spray guns, or rollers, the Painter will apply paint, stain, and other finishes to the property's walls, ceilings, and furniture. To prepare new surfaces for final coats, use primers or sealers. Strip, sand, wire brush, burn, or use water and/or abrasive blasting to remove old finishes.
For protection during painting and afterward, cover surfaces with the suitable material. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; and complete safety training and certifications. Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 hourly Visa Requirements: Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States.
