End-to-End Supply Chain Operations Manage and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations covering warehousing & Transportation . Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business requirements, customer expectations, and company objectives. Monitor operational performance across warehouses, distribution centers, transport operations.

Ensure achievement of agreed SLA, KPI, OTIF, productivity, quality, cost, and customer service targets . Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions. Establish standardized operating processes across locations and ensure adherence to SOPs. Ensure optimum utilization of warehouse space, manpower, material handling equipment, and infrastructure. Drive warehouse productivity through appropriate manpower planning, process design, layout optimization, slotting, and workflow improvements .

Establish and monitor warehouse productivity metrics. Ensure accurate inventory records and minimize inventory discrepancies. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, security, and operational standards. Support warehouse expansion, relocation, consolidation, and new facility implementation projects. Ensure effective management of warehouse assets and material handling equipment. Own and monitor operational logistics costs across warehousing, transportation, manpower, packaging, handling, and other logistics activities.

Prepare and manage annual operating budgets for supply chain operations. Analyze actual versus budgeted costs and identify deviations. Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising service levels. Identify opportunities for: Freight optimization Warehouse productivity improvement Manpower optimization Space optimization Packaging optimization Route optimization Vendor consolidation Process automation Asset utilization Conduct regular P&L reviews with warehouse in charges .

3. Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement Identify opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, productivity, quality, and cost. Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives. Apply methodologies such as: Lean Kaizen 5S Six Sigma Root Cause Analysis PDCA Process Mapping Standard Work Conduct process audits and identify gaps against defined SOPs.
