Job Description We are currently looking for a SHIPPING SPECIALIST to join the Warehousing team. Responsibilities Proof and pack orders in preparation for domestic and international shipments. Verify order accuracy against system records and customer requirements. Prepare orders in our ERP system to be processed via UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship manager, DHL, courier service and LTL Carriers.
Process and confirm the accuracy of all domestic and international documentation. Process Electronic Export Information (EEI) filings through the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) portal for qualified shipments. Identify errors on sales orders and contact correct personnel to correct. Must be able to handle physical workload, including bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting objects weighing 65 lbs.
