Sr. Engineer - Electrical Maintenance

Acts as the primary subject-matter expert (SME) for all electrical maintenance, reliability, and strategic optimization activities across geothermal facilities. Responsible for providing advanced technical leadership in the development and execution of Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) strategies for high-voltage (HV) systems, switchyards, protection/control systems, and SCADA infrastructure.

The role provides high-level engineering support, troubleshooting, and diagnostic direction to maintenance teams, ensuring that all activities align with company safety policies, regulatory standards, and asset life-extension objectives.
