Role Overview: As a Pharma AI Principal Consultant in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, you will lead AI‑driven enterprise transformations for senior life sciences clients, delivering against CEO‑level mandates.
You will execute AI foundations and functional AI programs at scale, drive delivery quality and growth, and expand long‑term client partnerships. This role owns strategic Fortune 100 pharma accounts, growing multi‑million‑dollar relationships across major U.S. life sciences markets while ensuring Fractal consistently delivers at the highest standard.
