The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $112,875 - $150,550 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do in This Role Serve as a trusted advisor to Sales and business teams throughout the customer contracting process Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including master sales agreements, customer terms and conditions, statements of work, software and service agreements, confidentiality agreements, data processing agreements, and partner or reseller agreements Identify risks and recommend practical solutions that support business objectives while protecting company interests Partner with Sales, Finance, Project Execution, Procurement, Compliance, IT, and other partners to support contract negotiations and successful project execution Advise on key contractual provisions, including liability allocation, indemnification, warranties, intellectual property, payment terms, compliance obligations, and dispute resolution Develop and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and negotiation strategies to improve consistency, efficiency, and governance throughout the contracting process Support legal operations initiatives, contract lifecycle management activities, policy development, and employee training programs Monitor legal and regulatory developments and advise business stakeholders on potential impacts and risk mitigation strategies Collaborate with external counsel when niche legal expertise or local jurisdiction support is required What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) or equivalent law degree from an accredited institution Licensed to practice law and in good standing in at least one jurisdiction 3 to 6 years of experience supporting commercial transactions, preferably within an in-house legal department, law firm, or a combination of both Demonstrated experience drafting and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements Strong understanding of contract law, commercial risk allocation, and customer contracting Ability to balance legal risk with business objectives and deliver practical,
