The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $131,400 - $161,500 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Project Initiation / Integration: Lead the initiation and planning of highly complex, strategic projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Develop comprehensive project plans that encompass all necessary activities, resources, and timelines, utilizing advanced project management techniques and tools. Establish and maintain project governance structures, ensuring clear roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes.
Develop business cases and project charters, securing stakeholder buy-in and alignment.
