Job Description: Uchi Philadelphia is hiring Sushi Chefs! Located in the heart of Rittenhouse Square, Uchi is known for its award-winning approach to sushi and hospitality. Pay:  $25–$30/hour (base + tips), plus benefits Sign-on bonus:  $2,500, paid after 90 days after training We're looking for Sushi Chefs who take pride in their craft and want to grow with a team that invests in its people.

What you'll do in this role: Acquaint yourself with our menu, current specials, and Japanese cuisine. Learn and perfect your sushi techniques under the guidance of our skilled Chef teams. Understand proper handling and waste reduction of product Interact with guests at the sushi bar; take orders, explain dishes, and cultivate an amazing experience for yourself and the guest Learn our various sushi stations and progress as your knowledge and skills grows Collaborate with our teams to create dishes that will be showcased on our specials page and core menu!
