Job Title:   Technical Specialist   –   Credit Hire     Location:    Bexhill / Leicester        Team overview      You’ll   be a technical expert within the team   delivering   audit, analysis, training and coaching   to   support   colleague development, drive continuous improvement and   ma int ain   Credit Hire ’s reputation as a market-leading team.

Job Details     Work collaboratively with the operational leadership team to review and   monitor   outcomes/KPIs using data to support improvement through technical development (creation of material and delivery)   Identify   technical needs/themes for individual colleagues when creating and delivering technical development   Support the technical lead to cultivate the right capability for their functions, including the delivery of new colleague training from the academy to developing individuals through the competency framework.

Work collaboratively with team leaders to build technical capability across the teams and support CCL to develop a technical strategy for their functions   Utili s e data gathered through audits, team leader coaching, and control reports to   identify   systemic/thematic development requirements and create/ implement solutions   Ensure a strong understanding of market developments which may   impact   our   Credit Hire   performance.
