We are currently seeking an exceptional professional to join us as an FP&A Manager This is a unique opportunity to act as the sole FP&A presence in the APAC region, partnering closely with senior business leaders to provide financial insight, forecasting accuracy, and decision support across our Hardware and Chemicals businesses.
This role requires a highly independent individual who can confidently influence stakeholders across multiple countries and time zones, and drive financial excellence with limited day-to-day supervision. Responsibilities Lead the weekly revenue and gross profit forecasting process across the APAC region. Lead the annual budgeting process for multiple entities P&L and periodic re-forecasting efforts, ensuring alignment with the companies strategic objectives.
Develop and maintain complex financial models to support short-term and long-term forecasting. Prepare detailed financial analysis down to EBITDA, including variance analysis, to explain deviations from budget and forecast. Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, providing insights into financial performance and business trends. Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.
Partner with various departments, including operations, sales, and marketing, to provide financial guidance and support decision-making processes. Partner with General Manager and provide financial insights, influence decision-making through clear analysis and well-supported recommendations. Support month-end close activities and financial reporting processes. Ensure compliance with local APAC accounting and finance requirements.
Collaborate with global finance teams to maintain consistency in reporting and forecasting processes. Requirements Extensive experience in a similar senior finance role. ACCA/CIMA or other equivalent qualification. Proven experience in financial reporting, FP&A, and compliance. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is critical for effective collaboration with teams in China Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and ability to work collaboratively.
Highly independent and self-motivated, with the ability to operate effectively as the sole regional FP&A professional. Strong organizational skills and ability to work with tight timelines in a dynamic environment. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential, alongside experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity. Knowledge of OneStream, Hyperion and Power PI is desirable but no essential.
Strong understanding of APAC regional financial regulations and accounting standards.
