As a Platform Success Representative, you will be:  Achiev ing sales targets by proactively managing a group of platform trading customers. Identify ing , onboard ing , and reactivat ing new and dormant online partners.

Train ing and educat ing partners to promote a self-serve approach on the platform. Collaborat ing with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities through the platform. Handl ing inbound queries and provid ing solutions within the defined SLA. Focus ing on customer base growth, platform utilization , and revenue targets. Resolving day-to-day platform issues and driving insights during customer interactions.

Promot ing Ingram Micro campaigns and increasing platform engagement. Driv ing self-serve quoting and quote-to-order conversions. Monitor ing customer trends and collaborating on resolving challenges. Working a Monday to Friday schedule from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. About you : You are:   Pro-active! Customer oriented    Thinking outside the box to drive positive improvement   But you also have :     Knowledge of professional, effective telephone techniques and customer care   S trong negotiation and influencing skills   Good knowledge of IT products   E xcellent communication skills: written and verbal required .
