RESPONSIBILITIES Accurately draft all required transaction documents for new development, upcoming openings, transfers, amendments, and/or terminations in accordance to franchise law and Inspire policies Assist with the administration of with all aspects of the franchise related development and franchise agreements and franchise disclosure requirements Update all contract related information into applicable databases Support cross-functional team members Complete a high volume of transactions in a fast-paced environment ensuring delivery to the franchisee or company representative, receiving sign/returned documents, reviewing for accuracy and completeness, and ensuring enclosure of all funds due Other tasks as required to support domestic franchise development EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS Required Minimum: 4-Year Degree or equivalent work experience (English or L aw degrees preferred) Preferred Minimum: 1-2 years of work experience in franchising and/or contracts administration Preferred Minimum: Paralegal Certification REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES Proficiency with MS Office Suite & database management Experience drafting legal documents using templates Experience reading and understanding complex documents Strong written/verbal communication skill s Self-starter/ability to work independently to maintain workload Proven ability to think critically when faced with new challenges Ability to successfully form business relationships with franchisees and cross-functional team members Exceptional customer focus, approachability, organizations skills, and ability to consistently prioritize, delegate, coordinate, and satisfy numerous competing demands and successfully achieve deadline-driven results and effectively achieve business objectives Proven ability to be open to change and agile in a dynamic environment S trong sense of urgency Limited travel required PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES General proficiency and understanding of the franchising industry and FTC regulatory compliance for the franchising industry Proficiency with FRM, Salesforce, DocuSign and Oracle Experience with interpreting entity documents Inspire is a multi-brand restaurant company whose portfolio includes more than 33,300 Arby’s, Baskin-Robbins, Buffalo Wild Wings, Dunkin’, Jimmy John’s, and SONIC restaurants worldwide.
